Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken with bones
  • 2 bitter gourd bitter gourd
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 piece of crushed cumin
  • 250 grams of yogurt
  • 3 boiled tomatoes
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 cups oil
  • Salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  2. Take out the seeds and cut them into pieces.
  3. Now sprinkle on them.
  4. Set aside for 1 hour.
  5. Now wash and squeeze well with fresh water.
  6. Now deep fry the bitter gourd for 4-5 minutes or until golden.
  7. Remove from the oil and place on a paper towel.
  8. Sit on one side.
  9. Heat oil in another pan over medium heat.
  10. Add onion and fry till light brown.
  11. Then add ginger garlic paste and chicken.
  12. Cook and stir until the chicken is pink.
  13. Add chilli powder, turmeric, yogurt, chopped tomatoes, salt. Crushed cumin.
  14. Cover with lid and cook over low heat for 12-15 minutes.
  15. Now remove the lid, put the fried gourd in it.

  17. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring until gravy thickens and oil rises.
  18. Take it out in the dish.
  19. Delicious chicken curry is ready to serve.
