                CHICKEN BROST RECIPE 

Chicken breast is the most popular fried chicken in South Asia, especially in Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. If you like it try this recipe and I am sure you will like it.

INGREDIENTS

  • Chicken - 6 Pieces
  • Egg - 1
  • Salt - ½ Tsp
  • Black Pepper - ½ Tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - ½ Tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
  • Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
  • For Coating:
  • All-Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 Cup
  • Corn Starch - ½ Cup
  • Salt - ½ Tsp
  • Black Pepper - ½ Tsp
  • Oil - Deep Frying

How to make

  1. Marinade: In a bowl, add one egg, salt, pepper, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and lemon juice.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste.
  3. Now put chicken pieces in it and coat it well.
  4. Marinate for 1 hour.
  5. Now start coating after 1 hour.
  6. In a separate bowl, pour all the flour,
  7. Also add corn starch. This will make the chicken crispy and crispy texture.
  8. Add salt and pepper.
  9. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  10. Now coat the chicken pieces one by one.
  11. First coat with flour then coat with marinade mixture and then coat again with flour.

  12. This will create a double layer on the chicken pieces for a strong crispy look.
  13. Coat all the chicken pieces and leave for half an hour before frying. (This step will fix the dough on the chicken). You can also refrigerate the chicken for 10 minutes.

  14. Now deep fry the chicken in hot oil. Initially, keep the chicken at a warm temperature. Do not stir or move. First, it needs to have a rigid structure. Fry on both sides for at least 5 to 6 minutes.
  15. As you feel the chicken is having a hard time not keeping the temperature in the middle. This way the chicken will be crispy and crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
  16. Fry the chicken on the sides.

  17. Take it out on kitchen paper to serve.
