CHICKEN PULAO RECIPE

Ingredients of chicken palao
- 8 servings
- 900 grams of chicken
- Ginger 3 inches
- 5 cloves garlic
- 6 leaf bay leaf.
- 8 green cardamom
- 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 7 green peppers
- 6 star fennel
- 6 living
- 4 tablespoons yogurt (yogurt)
- 3 cups basmati rice
- 2 chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon hot spice powder
- Salt as needed
- 5 cups water
For garnishing
- 1 lemon
- 8 leaves green coriander
How to make chicken palao
Step 1: Crush the garlic ginger and chop the chicken.
Chicken pilaf gives life to any occasion or party. This traditional dish needs no introduction and is a delicious combination of spicy chicken, rice and fragrant herbs. There are many ways to prepare this dish and we have the easiest recipe to prepare this dish. Here's how you can make it at home with easily available ingredients. Wash and peel the vegetables, take a fork and mix the garlic and ginger. Finely grind them into a paste. Now take the chicken and cut it into pieces.
Step 2: Marinate the chicken.
Take a cup and add hot spices, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and half-prepared ginger garlic paste. Mix it well and the marinade is ready. Marinate the chicken pieces in the marinade paste and let it set for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Fry the whole spices and onion.
Now heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and add bay leaves, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, green chillies and star fennel. Mix well and add chopped onion. Fry them over medium heat until onions are shiny and transparent.
Step 4: Add the marinated chicken and yogurt.
Now add the marinated chicken and cook until the ingredients are added to the marinated chicken. Then add yoghurt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5: Add rice, water, ginger garlic paste and spices.
Add rice, 5 cups water, turmeric powder and remaining ginger garlic paste. Season with salt and mix well. Let the rice cook completely. Shake occasionally.
Step 6: Garnish and serve homemade chicken pilaf!
When cooked, transfer the homemade chicken palao to a serving plate and squeeze lemons on it. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
