         GREEN CHILLI SAUCE RECIPE

About the Green Chili Sauce Recipe: A spicy sauce that will add punch to breakfast. Pair it with your favorite breakfast and enjoy the sharp and spicy flavor.


INGREDIENTS

  • Makes 1 kg: 
  • 1 kg green chillies (washed), chopped 450 ml white vinegar (450 ml) 
  • 250 g salt 
  • 2 tablespoons oil 
  • 1 tablespoon sodium benzoate (2 tablespoons dissolved in boiled water)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Dissolve salt in vinegar and marinate the green chillies in it for at least 1 hour. 
  2.  Heat the mixture and bring to a boil.
  3.  Cook over high heat until it thickens slightly. 
  4.  Take it off. Heat and mix in the sodium benzoate mixture.
