EASY CHICKEN AND POTATO MACARONI RECIPE __ CHICKEN POTATO PASTA PAKISTANI

    CHICKEN POTATO MACARONI RECIPE


INGREDIENTS

For the Macaroni:

  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 1/2 tsp red and green cillies
  • 10 button chopped mushrooms
  • chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • crushed ginger and garlic
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • herbs
For Roasted chicken:
  • Cut 1 chicken breast into 4
  • 5 potatoes
for pickles:
  • Light curry powder
  • crushed turmeric 
  • herbs 
  • Cumin powder
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 crushed garlic
  • Ginger crushed

METHOD

STEP 1:

    Slice the button mushroom and dip them in salt water.

STEP 2:

   Prepare macaroni using the instructions on the packet.
STEP 3:

    Heat a pan and add oil. then add chopped onion, ginger and garlic till the onion turns             golden brown.
STEP 4:

     Add mushroom and fry. when the mushrooms are light brown, add pepper, salt, pepper          and herbs and stir well.
STEP 5:

      Mix the cooked macaroni in the mixture and set aside.
STEP 6:

     Cut the potatoes into wedges, and the chicken into the right side pieces.
STEP 7:

      Mix the marinating ingredients together and add the chicken and potatoes. 
STEP 8:

     Boil a little water in a small pot and add potatoes and chicken and let it cook                           completely.It is used as chicken stock!!!
STEP 9:

     Put 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add onion, ginger and garlic.
STEP 10:

     When the onion is golden brown, add the cooked  potatoes and chicken. put the remaining oil on the       chicken and potato pieces and let them fry. when the chicken and potato pieces are brown, turn to           the other side.
STEP 11:

     Add flour to the chicken stock and the pour the mixture over the chicken and potato pieces.
