CRISPY POTATO KABAB RECIPE PAKISTANI _ ALOO KE KABAB

                     ALOO KABAB RECIPE 


There is hardly a person in Pakistan and India who does not like aloo kabab. vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike love this recipe because of its unique taste. this is a multi-purpose recipe that you can share along with the main course or as an appetizer. 

 MATERIALS

  • 3 mashed potatoses large size 
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp liking spice(chaat masala)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion 
  • green pepper 
  • fresh coriander 
  • 1 tbsp corn flour

INSTRUCTIONS

  •   Boil non-starchy potatoes. peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
  •   Put the potatoes in a bowl and add spices.

  •  Add salt red chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander chaat   masala,   lemon juice bread crumbs, chopped onion green chilli, fresh coriander and   corn flour.
  •  Mix all the ingredients together.

  • Make kababs in the shape of desire. I made round kababs. put 1.5 tbsp of oil in a pan to fry the kababs.

  • Initially, put the kabab on high heat and after one minute, reduce the  heat so that it is completely fried whith a crispy texture.

  • Remove kababs from kitchen peppers to absorb excess oil.
  • Serve with green sauce or catchup.
