Ingredients

1 wrapped or tortilla

1-2 tablespoons hummus

3 pieces of chicken breast are cooked.

* Avocado, extracted from its skin.

3 cherry tomatoes

cheddar, grated to make about 1 tbsp

Method

Step 1

Wrap on a board or plate. Using a spoon or butter knife, spread hummus in between.

Step 2

Tear off the chicken (or ask a great helper to do so) and place it in a line in the middle of the wrap. Cut the avocado with a butter knife (or ask your helper) and place it next to the chicken.

Step 3

Squeeze the tomatoes and tear them in half and wrap them (they can burst, so take care of your clothes). Sprinkle over some cheese.

Step 4

Roll the wrap and press it down firmly. Ask your adult helper to halve it for you.
