CHICHEN SANDWICH/MAYYO CHICKEN SANDWICH

Chicken Mayo Sandwich / Mayo Chicken Sandwich is a quick and very easy delicious cold sandwich that includes chicken mayo filling and lettuce. A simple but filling recipe that can be preferred as breakfast, snacks, tiffin and this lunch box is also friendly. You only need 15 minutes to make it and the viola sandwich will be ready. This sandwich is a cool version and if you like regular sandwiches you should try:

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • Red onion
  • Mayonnaise
  • Roasted garlic
  • Crusty hole bread
  • Mixed Leaf Salad

Method

Step 1

Heat a grill (either a hob pan or a food press grill). Place the chicken on the grill and cook until the juices are cooked through the food press grill on the grill for about 7 or 6 minutes. Remove and wrap in tin foil to relax.

Step 2

Cook a nice handful of red onions in a frying pan until they are soft but with a little chopping, remove from the frying pan using the same pan and add a slice of finely chopped garlic and then Open the pan that you wrapped in foil and use. To cook the garlic, juice is extracted from the chicken. Cook the garlic on low heat till it becomes really soft. Once cooked, place in a small bowl and mix in two tablespoons of mayonnaise to make garlic mayonnaise.

Step 3

Cut raw bread into two pieces (like wholemeal) and spread with mayonnaise on both sides.

Step 4

Slice the chicken breast and place it on a slice of bread then add cooked onion and mix it with one hand and keep it full of lettuce leaves. Now place the other slice of bread in four pieces on top slice.

Step 5

Serve on a plate with some green chilli or red chilli sauce ( as you like)!
